These are small, friendly classes planned to give personal tuition to embroiderers with little or no experience of creative stitching and design. We begin with very small pieces of work and samples which will give you a personal portfolio for reference.

In my 3 hour, weekly session you will learn about:

• Threads & fabrics
• Basic stitches & variations
• Basic techniques
• Colour
• Simple designing skills (you don't need to be able to draw!)
• Use of metal threads
• Demonstration of fabric printing & painting
